size 15 seed beads or size 11 delicas, size 11 seed beads in 3 different colors, size 8 seed beads.

You can work the background in either size 11 delicas like the green one, or in size 15 seed beads like the blue one.  

The repeating pattern is about .75 inches long.  Make as many repeats as necessary.  Add rows of background color to each end if you don't need a full .75 inche more.
