| These cute cubed hearts will make a unique addition to your earring collection or will make a perfect gift. . .and this is the perfect pattern to use up those size 10 and 12 czech seed beads from a by-gone era.
If you're like me and have a stash of size 12 czech seed beads left over from before size 11 became standard, they are the perfect size to use with glass 4mm cubes. If you don't have any size 12's, size 11 delicas will work.
I worked another pair with unakite cubes which were supposed to be 4mm, but it's really hard to cut stone perfectly. They were a little bigger than the glass cubes and I found that the size 10 czech seed beads from my stash were perfect, but size 11 czech seed beads will work with the stone cubes.
