| Valentine's Day is my favorite holiday of the year. It is full of hearts, flowers, lace and chocolate. And, like Christmas, it has it's sparkle too.
I wanted to capture that feel in a collar for my fur-baby. So, I put together a heart and arrow motif in two colors -- Red and Pink, and added a lacy border with sparkly crystals.
This collar is easy to make. Feel free to change the colors to suit your taste. You can also lengthen or shorten the finished piece by adding or subtracting motif repeats.
The beaded band fits nicely on a large nylon or leather collar. The pattern includes instructions to help you attach the beaded band to the collar of your choice. Or, shorten the pattern to fit your wrist and make a bracelet to match.

This mule shoe pattern came about during a conversation with a beady friend. She mentioned
that her footwear of choice is the mule and sent me a photo of a pair she was intending to
add to her collection. Hopefully, this will tide-her-over until she can obtain the *real thing*.
Examples of what you can do with this piece: ornament, focal on a necklace, applique
to your favorite purse, make into a pin or send 'em 2-steppin' round a lamp shade. Use Size 15/0
for earrings.
